October 3-5, 2008 - We traveled to a UKC show weekend in Peoria, IL. Anubis picked up three wins towards his grand championship as well as his first Best of Breed and a Group IV. Nadia got one win towards her grand championship. Atlas took four Best of Breeds, a Group III, Group II and two Group Is. In the first show, he also won Best in Multi-Breed Show! He was handled for Best in Show by Elaine! Way to go!!!
September 26-28, 2008 - WGSDCA 2008 National Specialty Weekend - We had an AWESOME weekend. See complete results from the weekend.
September 20-21, 2008 - At UKC shows Atlas won one Best of Breed and Group II.
September 6-7, 2008 - We had UKC shows this weekend in Minneapolis, MN. Nadia and Vegas each won a reserve in the champions class. Atlas won Best of Breed in two shows! He went on to Group II and Group I / Reserve Best in Multi-Breed Show.
July 19, 2008 - Atlas and Anubis took the German Shepherd Dog Club of America temperament test and both passed to earn their TC!
July 12, 2008 - Mira qualified in two regular runs (level 3) in CPE and finished her CL3-R title. She also qualified in level 4 jumpers!
July 5-6, 2008 - We took a trip to IL and caught a UKC conformation show there as well. Atlas won Best of Breed in 3 of 4 shows and also a Group II and Group III from a large herding group. Anubis took a reserve in the champions class and also won the champions class for his first win towards his grand championship. Vegas took two reserves in the champions class. Nadia took Best Female all four shows and Best of Winners in three to finish her UKC Championship!
June 20-22, 2008 - We attended the White German Shepherd Dog Club International National Specialty Weekend in Tulsa, OK. Vegas won the open bitch class in two shows, but didn't do anything beyond that. Atlas won the open dog class all four shows and was Reserve Winners Dog in show 3. In the National Specialty on Sunday, Atlas was Winners Dog, Best of Winners, Best of Breed, Select 1 and Grand Victor!!! We're so proud of him!
June 7-8, 2008 - Atlas is a TOTAL DOG! On Saturday he won the grand champions class, but Sunday was his day to shine. He started off the morning by earning his UKC Family Obedience title. Then in conformation he won the grand champions class to earn the total dog award. He didn't stop there - he went on to win Best of Breed / Group I / Best in Multi-Breed Show!!!!!!!!!
June 1, 2008 - Atlas competed in the WGSDCA Summer Shows and won Best Opposite Sex and Best of Breed. Anubis also won Best Stock Dog Champion for his second win towards his Master Stock Dog Championship!
May 31, 2008 - Atlas competed in an obedience fun match and did great!
May 24, 2008 - Mira competed in a NADAC agility trial and qualified with a first place in Novice Weavers! This eaarned her WV-N (Novice Weavers) title as well as her Novice Versatility award!!!
May 17, 2008 - Mira competed in a NADAC agility trial. She qualified in novice hoopers with a second place and novice jumpers with a second place. Her jumpers run finished her S-NJC (Superior Novice Jumpers) title!!!
May 10, 2008 - Mira competed in a CPE agility trial and qualified in two runs and finished her CL2-S title!!
April 19-20, 2008 - Mira and Atlas competed in a CPE agility trial in IL. Mira qualified in five runs and finished her CL2-H title!! Atlas did great but did not qualify.
April 12-13, 2008 - Atlas competed in an APDT Rally trial in IL. He qualified all four tries in Level 1 B and twice in Level 2 A with a third and a second place!
April 6, 2008 - Mira competed in a CPE agility trial and qualified in Standard Level 3, FullHouse Level 3 and Wilcard Level 3. She finished her CL3-F title!!
April 5, 2008 - Vegas took Best Opposite Sex at WGSDCA Shows in Eveleth, MN. Anubis took a Best Stock Dog Champion win and Atlas took a Best of Breed!
March 14-16, 2008 - Atlas competed in UKC shows in Racine, WI. He had some awesome competition, and he was best grand champion in all five shows. On Sunday, March 16, 2008, Atlas was awarded Best of Breed and Group II for his 100th career Best of Breed!!
March 12, 2008 - Atlas is awarded his WGSDCA Register of Merit (WROM).
March 8-9, 2008 - Mira competed in a NADAC trial and qualified in novice regular (four times), novice jumpers (twice), novice weavers, and novice hoopers (twice). She finished her Outstanding Novice Hoopers Title (O-HP-N). Anubis also did this trial and did great in tunnelers and jumpers.
February 12, 2008 - Atlas is a daddy - Porscha from Eclipse Kennels has 13 puppies.
February 9-10, 2008 - Mira competed in a CPE trial and qualified in standard level 3, snooker level 2, and jumpers level 4.
February 3, 2008 - Mira competed in a NADAC trial and qualified in novice regular (twice), novice jumpers, novice hoopers and novice chances. She finished her Superior Novice Chances title (S-NCC). Anubis also did his first agility trial entering in just tunnelers and he did awesome for his first time.
February 2, 2008 - Atlas competed in an APDT Rally Obedience Trial and qualified all three runs (with a 5th place and a 1st place) to finish his RL1 title!
January 1, 2008 - Atlas finished as the #2 German Shepherd in the UKC for 2007 defeating 77 dogs in the process!
January 1, 2008 - Atlas finished as the #1 White German Shepherd in the WGSDCA for 2007 defeating 127 dogs. Vegas finished as the #3 White German Shepherd in the WGSDCA for 2007 defeating 37 dogs.
December 29-30, 2007 - Mira competed in a NADAC trial and qualified in novice regular, novice jumpers and novice hoopers. She finished her NADAC Novice Hoopers Title (HP-N) and her NADAC Outstanding Novice Jumpers Title (O-NJC).
December 2, 2007 - Atlas takes Best of Breed at one of the WGSDCA December shows.
November 17-18, 2007 - Mira competed in a CPE trial and qualified in FullHouse Level 2, Jackpot Level 2 and Jumpers Level 4. She got first place in Jackpot and Jumpers!
November 9, 2007 - Anubis was x-rayed for his preliminary OFA certifications and both his hips and elbows were OFA evaluated as free of hip and elbow dysplasia.
November 8, 2007 - Atlas is awarded the WGSDCA Versatile Dog Award (WVDA).
November 3-4, 2007 - At a NADAC Trial, Mira qualifies in novice hoopers, novice weavers and twice in open tunnelers. Atlas qualifies in novice tunnelers and finishes his Novice NADAC Tunnlers Title (TN-N)!
October 17, 2007 - Vegas is awarded the WGSDCA Award of Excellence.
October 12, 2007 - Atlas is currently the #1 German Shepherd in the UKC with 77 top ten points.
October 6-7, 2007 - Mira qualified in three runs at a NADAC trial - Novice Chances, Novice Regular (with a 3rd place) and Open Touch N Go (with a first place). This is her first open level Q in NADAC!
October 3, 2007 - Atlas is currently the #1 German Shepherd in the WGSDCA with 117 top ten points. Vegas is in third with 37 top ten points!

September 8-9, 2007 - Atlas won Best in Multi-Breed Show in THREE SHOWS at UKC shows in Minneapolis, MN. Vegas won the champions class once for her first win towards her UKC Grand Championship. She got a reserve in one show as well. Mira competed in one show and was Best Altered in Multi-Breed Show.
September 2, 2007 - Mira qualified in two runs at a NADAC trial with 2nd places and finished her NADAC Outstanding Novice Agility Title (O-NAC) and her NADAC Superior Novice Tunnelers Title (S-TN-N)!
August 18, 2007 - Mira qualified in three run at a NADAC trial with placements!
August 10-12, 2007 - Atlas took three Best of Breeds and a Group IV at UKC shows in Dunlap, IL. Anubis took Best Male four out of six shows to finish his UKC Championship.
July 28, 2007 - Atlas took two Best of Breeds and a Best Opposite Sex at the WGSDCA Summer Shows. Atlas also passed his TDI certification. Anubis took three Best Stock Dog wins and one Best Opposite Sex Stock Dog win. Anubis also passed his CGC and his TDI.
July 14-15, 2007 - Atlas took two Best of Breeds at UKC shows and went on to a Group I and a Group II. Anubis took two Reserve Best Male in three shows. Vegas took a reserve in the champions class.
July 1, 2007 - Mira qualified in four runs at a CPE trial and finished her CPE Level 2 Regular (CL2-R) title!
June 22-24, 2007 - We traveled to Hagerstown, MD for the White German Shepherd Dog Club International National Specialty weekend. Atlas was Winners Dog in show 2 (2 pts), Winners Dog and Best Opposite Sex in show 3 (3 pt major) and Winners Dog in the National Show (2 pts). He was also awarded Select 3 Dog.
June 16-17, 2007 - Mira qualified in two runs at a NADAC trial in WI.
June 8-10, 2007 - Mira qualified in seven runs at a CPE trial and finished her CPE Level 2 Fun (CL2-F) title and her CPE Level 1 Handler (CL1-H) title. Atlas qualified in Snooker with a first place!!!
May 26, 2007 - Mira qualified in three runs at a NADAC trial - all with first places! She finished her NADAC Superior Novice Touch N Go (S-TG-N) title!! Atlas qualified in Novice Tunnelers with a second place!!
May 21, 2007 - Anubis was tested for the MDR1 mutation (multi-drug sensitivity) and his results came back Normal/Normal! His OFA number for this clearance is GS-MD1-9/9M-PI-N/N.
May 19-20, 2007 - Mira qualified four times at NADAC trial and finished her NADAC Outstanding Novice Chances (O-NCC) title! Atlas earned a fourth place as well!
May 12, 2007 - Mira qualified once at a NADAC trial with a second place!
May 1, 2007 - Vegas was x-rayed for her OFA certifications and both her hips and elbows were OFA certified as free of hip and elbow dysplasia! Her OFA numbers for these clearances are GS-76132G26F-PI (HIPS) and GS-EL20320F26-PI (ELBOW). We also registered Vegas' previous health clearance with OFA - Vegas is Normal/Normal for the MDR1 mutation (multi-drug sensitivity) with OFA number GS-MD15/26F-PI-N/N.
April 28-29, 2007 - Mira qualified in eight runs at a NADAC trial with great placements. She finished her NADAC Novice Jumpers (NJC) title! Atlas also placed third in one run!
April 21-22, 2007 - Anubis was Reserve Best Male three times and Best Male once at UKC shows.
April 14-15, 2007 - At the WGSDCA Spring Shows, Atlas takes three Best of Breeds, Vegas takes one Best Opposite Sex and Anubis takes three Best Opposite Sex Stock Dog wins.
April 7, 2007 - Mira qualified four of five runs at a CPE trial and finished her CPE Level 1 Strategy Agility Title. (CL1-S)
March 31 - April 1, 2007 - Anubis competed in his first UKC conformation show as an adult and won Reserve Best Male three times and Best Male once. He earned 55 pts and one win towards his UKC Championship!!
March 24, 2007 - Mira qualified in AGI at a UKC agility trial. She also qualified in AGII with a second place to finish her UKC United Agility II Title (UAGII)!!!
March 17-18, 2007 - Mira qualified twice at a NADAC trial and finished a title - Outstanding Novice Tunnelers (O-TN-N)!!! Vegas also did very well in her first agility trial with two third places!
March 10-11, 2007 - Mira qualified in seven runs at a NADAC trial and finished three titles - Novice Agility (NAC), Novice Chances (NCC) and Outstanding Novice Touch N Go (O-TG-N)!!!
March 3, 2007 - Mira did her first AKC Agility trial and qualified in Novice Preferred Jumpers with Weaves with a first place!!
February 10, 2007 - Mira finished her CPE Level 1 Regular Agility Title (CL1-R) and her CPE Level 1 Fun Agility Title (CL1-F). She qualified in six runs in a CPE trial - Full House, Wildcard, Snooker, Jumpers, Regular Level 1 and Regular Level 2!
February 3, 2007 - Mira finished her NADAC Novice Tunnelers Title (TN-N)! She qualified in three runs in a NADAC trial - Regular Agility, Chances and Tunnelers!
January 1, 2007 - Atlas finished as the #2 German Shepherd in the UKC for 2006 defeating 132 dogs in the process!
January 1, 2007 - Atlas finished as the #1 White German Shepherd in the WGSDCA for 2006 defeating 234 dogs. Vegas finished as the #7 White German Shepherd in the WGSDCA for 2006 defeating 6 dogs.
December 30-31, 2006 - Mira qualifies in four runs in a NADAC trial - Regular Agility, Touch N Go, Chances and Tunnelers!
December 9-10, 2006 - Atlas takes Best of Breed in a UKC show and goes on to Group I and Reserve Best in Show! He also took one Best Opposite Sex and one Best of Breed in WGSDCA shows. Vegas takes one Best Opposite Sex in WGSDCA shows. Anubis is Best Novice Puppy in Multi-Breed Show in two UKC shows and Best Stock Dog Petite Puppy in both WGSDCA shows.
December 2-3, 2006 - Mira finished her NADAC Novice Touch N Go Title (TG-N). She qualified twice in Touch N Go and once in Tunnelers!
November 18, 2006 - We did our first CPE agility trial and Mira qualified in standard agility.
November 11-12, 2006 - Mira qualified in Novice Touch N Go at a NADAC trial in WI.
November 10, 2006 - Atlas is awarded the WGSDCA Award of Merit (WAM) and WGSDCA Award of Excellence (WAX). Vegas is awarded the WGSDCA Award of Merit (WAM). Mira is awarded the WGSDCA Versatile Dog Award. (WVDA)
November 2, 2006 - Vegas is awarded the Versatile Canine Companion (VCC) and Versatile Canine Companion Excellent (VCCX) from Clever Canine Companions.
October 28-29, 2006 - Mira earned two legs towards her UKC Agility II title and qualified in AGI as well.
October 14, 2006 - Atlas takes one Best of Breed at UKC shows in Elburn, IL and Vegas takes the other. Vegas also took Group II.
October 7-8, 2006 - Mira qualified in standard agility at a NADAC trial
September 30 - October 1, 2006 - WGSDCA Fall Shows - Atlas takes four Best of Breeds and Riff Raff takes the other one. Vegas is WB/BOW/BOS to finish her WGSDCA Championship. She also takes two more BOS wins as a special. Anubis takes Best Stock Dog Petite Puppy in his first show.
September 28, 2006 - We welcome our new little guy - Anubis
September 23-24, 2006 - Atlas wins two Best of Breeds at UKC shows in Minneapolis. Vegas takes 2nd place in sub-novice obedience.
September 22, 2006 - Vegas finished her AKC Rally Novice title! (RN)
September 15, 2006 - Mira finishes her AKC Rally Advanced Excellent Title! (RAE)
September 9-10, 2006 - Atlas wins Best of Breed and Group I at UKC shows in Minneapolis. Mira wins Best in Show Altered.
September 1, 2006 - Vegas passes her AKC Canine Good Citizen test.
