What a weekend for the dogs of Atlas Kennels!!! Here are the highlights from our dogs!

Atlas had an awesome weekend! On Friday, he was high-scoring WGSD in Novice A obedience. On Saturday, he took Best of Breed in show 1. Sunday at the National, he was GRAND VICTOR, Select 1 Dog and Best Opposite Sex! We are so proud of our boy. He also won Best Stud Dog at the national for the fourth year in a row. Special thanks to Ken and Ann and Riffy for helping us out with that.

Atlas was also honored with a special award - he was named The WGSDCA's 2008 Performance Dog of the Year!!!

Atlas was High Socring WGSD in Novice A Obedience.	Atlas won BEST OF BREED under judge Patricia Jung in regional specialty #2.

Atlas was GRAND VICTOR, SELECT 1 and BEST OPPOSITE SEX under National Show judge Ann Gray.	Atlas won BEST STUD DOG under Ann Gray with his kids Soli and Riffy.

We are proud of Atlas who took Grand Victor in both the WGSDCA and the WGSDCII in 2008!

Vegas was shown by her co-owner Elaine who did an awesome job with her. On Friday, Vegas was Best Opposite Sex. On Saturday she took a Best of Breed and on Sunday at the national was Select 2 Bitch!

Vegas won BEST OPPOSITE SEX under judge Clarence Lee in Friday's regional specialty.	Vegas won BEST OF BREED under judge Vicki Barker in Saturday's second regional specialty.

Vegas won SELECT 2 BITCH under judge Ann Gray in the 2008 National show.

Nadia had a great weekend at her first national. She earned her Canine Good Citizen certificate and her Therapy Dogs International certification. In the National Show, she was Winners Bitch and Select 4 Bitch! Nadia is co-owned by us and Donna Beadle.

Nadia earned her CGC and TDI certification on Saturday!

UAGI URO1 UKC Grand Ch. Bahr-S Journey Through Dark, CL1, CL2, CL3-SF, MSDCH, CGC, TDI, TC, OV, OFA H/DM/MDR1/Dent, CHIC "Anubis"

Anubis only competed Friday and Saturday, but he was Best Stock Dog Champion on Friday and the second show on Saturday.

Anubis was BEST STOCK DOG CHAMPION under judge Clarence Lee.

Anubis was BEST STOCK DOG CHAMPION under judge Vicki Barker.

We brought Mira out of retirement for the National to show in altered. She was not pleased with this. :) She won Best Altered Champion as well as National Best of Breed Altered!

Mira won BEST ALTERED CHAMPION and NATIONAL BEST OF BREED ALTERED in the National Show under judge Ann Grey.
